Hi my name is Gina and I am the Diet Renegade. I’m on a mission: to lose weight my way. Yes my way…no fad diets, no surgery, no pills, no craziness. Just common sense, hard work, and determination. And well, probably some whining along the way too.
I started this blog because I battle every day with depression, low self esteem, food addiction, compulsive overeating, emotional eating and frankly I’m sick of it. And I know that there are thousands of other people out there that battle with these same issues on a daily basis too.
So this blog is a place not only for me to share my journey, but its also a place for you to share your struggles and your successes.
So let’s help each other lose weight for good and end this war with food.
