ScienceDaily (2010-01-12) — A study found that every hour spent in front of the television per day brings with it an 11 percent greater risk of premature death from all causes, and an 18 percent greater risk of dying from cardiovascular disease. Its easy to fall back on old habits, to lose touch with why I want to lose weight.
Its also easy to just let life pass by. But I don’t want to live that way.
There is so much to do, see, explore and I want to be healthy enough my entire life in order to participate in my life.
So I need to heal myself. I need to figure out why I let my inner emotions use food to cope.
